1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The item is not classified as Final Sale (see Section 4)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied a refund.


2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team prior to returning any items:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Photos (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Refunds will not be processed without prior approval.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of Company error.


4. Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and considered final sale:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Items discounted 30% or more

  • Clearance or promotional sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate apparel (including underwear and swimwear, if applicable)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

Any attempt to return these items will be rejected.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Items show signs of wear, damage, or missing components not due to Company fault

  • Items are returned outside the approved return window

  • Original packaging or tags are missing


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost once the issue is verified.


8. Refund Denial

Capella Apparel reserves the right to deny refunds for returns that do not comply with this policy or show evidence of misuse, alteration, or excessive wear.


9. Policy Changes
